FREE Bootcamp for staff: each Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
The Get Fit Cargo Bike programme: FREE lessons/ activities for staff based at Utrecht Science Park.
It is healthy to get away from your PC and workplace at regular intervals. Afterwards, you will feel much fitter and energised. Also, the adverse affects on your health of sitting down for long periods at a time is becoming increasingly more obvious, so taking active breaks is very important. But above all it is fun!
Free bootcamp for staff : three times a week!
Olympos offers a free bootcamp practices or staff working at organisations based at the Utrecht Science Park / Utrecht. Want to join in? There is a professional instructor and participation is free and open for everyone (you don't need to have an OlymPas)! Registration is not necessary.
Together with the instructor, you can attune the intensity of the bootcamp to your current level of fitness.
When?
- Each Monday 12.00 - 12.45 PM (location: outdoor Bootcamp square located at the Leuvenlaan, near the Educatorium at Utrecht Science Park).
- Each Tuesday 5.00 - 6.00 PM (location: the calisthenics rack on the Olympos fore court)
- Each Thursday 12.30 - 1.15 PM (location: outdoor Bootcamp square located at the Leuvenlaan, near the Educatorium at Utrecht Science Park).
Do you prefer to shower individually after exercise? There are a limited number of instructors' changing rooms available, the key can be picked up at the service desk.
If the weather forecast is very bad
If the weather forecast is not good enough to hold the bootcamp class outdoors, we will inform you by using the mail list and try to arrange an indoor alternative at Olympos. You can register for the mail list by sending an e-mail to b.martinot@olympos.nl.
