Powerpump 

At Powerpump, no muscle group is left behind! Here, you train your entire body using scientifically backed techniques. Expect a straightforward barbell workout without complex routines. Your muscles will burn, but you won't give up! The instructor ensures you get the most out of your training with the right technique. You’ll leave the lesson feeling challenged and motivated. The exercises and music come together to give your workout the ultimate experience.
 

The lesson consists of ten tracks, each focusing on a different muscle group. Every three months, the lesson is refreshed, but its structure remains the same: warm-up, squats, chest muscles, back, triceps, biceps, lunges, shoulders, abdominal muscles, and cooling-down. You train with weights ranging from two to twenty kilograms and perform many repetitions. This is a proven formula for developing lean, athletic muscles. You burn lots of calories and become stronger in no time.
 

Powerpump is suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level. You can choose the weight you train with! There's no jumping, running, or fancy footwork involved. If you're trying this lesson for the first time, arrive a bit early so the instructor can help you in getting the right equipment.
