Sports Coordinator for international students
Sam and Natalia (both coordinators of Sports Buddies Olympos) are looking for a Dutch student to join their small team and help them organise sports buddies, and they thought of you😊
📝 Some info about the job:
- between 4 and 8 hours per week (on average)
- 15€ per hour
- includes free OlymPass
- your tasks would be organise, promote and supervise the events and do the finances (together with Sam and Natalia)
- starting date: around mid/end April
👥 We are looking for an Dutch student who:
- will be in Utrecht at least until June 2025
- has good organisational skills
- likes sports and meeting new people
- is available on the weekends (when most of our events takes place)

Sports instructors
We can always use good (all-round) sports teachers for our group lessons and courses, both permanent and substitute teachers, particularly for the group lessons and courses. Are you enthusiastic, do you like to teach well and do you want to work at a super fun place? And have you completed a relevant sports degree or are you prepared and motivated to enrol in one? Flexible extra income: Setting up exam tables/chairs
Could you use some extra money and do you want to earn some extra money flexibly every now and then?
Olympos is looking for students who want to help out at Olympos occasionally for a fee (one hour at a time, possibly 1.5 hours) to set up and clear away exam tables and chairs.
Ideal if you don't have much time, but could use some extra money! And also easy to combine with sports at Olympos, if you're already there!
Register for the student pool (see below), and you will soon receive a schedule with dates and time slots that you can sign up for, and in which you can indicate when and how often you could/would like to work. The time slots are always one hour (sometimes 1.5) within the following moments:
- Sundays: 17:30 – 18:30 or 18:00 – 19:00 (set-up)
- Weekdays: 7:00 – 8:00 or 8:00 – 9:00. Very occasionally 6:30 – 7:30 (set-up)
- Weekdays: 16:00 – 17:00 or 17:00 – 18:00. Very occasionally 13:00 – 14:00 (clear away)
The exam periods are always in periods of approximately 2 weeks within which the work time slots of one hour are planned almost daily.

Then send an email to Olaf via verhuur@olympos.nl and sign up for the student pool. You will then receive an overview of time slots that you can sign up for at times that suit you (if they are still available).
