Yoga Hatha

In this Yoga Hatha we move slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility. In this lesson we focus on relaxation and mindfulness with a special emphasis on controlled breathing and posture. It integrates dynamic postures with slow and deep holds and may be accentuated with relaxation in-between postures. The breathing exercises can have a powerful impact on things like depression, fatigue or anxiety.
