Dance

Dance is a cardio workout; it is mixture of fun and cardio exploring the newest dance styles to popular music beats.  
During a 55 minutes class, you will learn to move more loosely and smoothly to a dance choreography that will increase your heartbeat rather intensively. 

Through many repetitions to a basic rhythm you will learn the newest moves.

Dance benefits:

  • It has all the benefits of a cardio session and hence ensures the burning of many calories. 
  • Dance is a good way to improve your coordination. You will concentrate on the variety of dance moves and beats.
