Intensity
The concept of Intensity training has been derived from the very popular American ‘Insanity training’. Intensity training consists of an interval circuit of short, demanding exercises. It is a full body work-out. The exercises that are used ar so called ‘compound movements’, which means that different sets of muscles are working together to perform a certain motion, which results in a full body work out and an elevated heartrate.
During the short breaks in between exercises you only have time to recover a little bit. Though it might be a little difficult at first, if you follow this training regularly, you will improve quickly and you will notice an increase in both stamina and strength.
