Boxing / kick boxing
This group lesson is specially intended for anyone who likes to get better in boxing and kickboxing. In the group lessons you will be challenged with exercises that provide better technique, more strength, more flexibility (good for higher kicks) and better endurance. We use movements that are functional and activate the whole body. There will be active rounds in which the heart rate rises, interspersed with short breaks in which you learn to recover efficiently. So you work specifically on a (kick) boxing condition and who wouldn't want that?!
What to bring
- Your own gloves are obligated! You can purchase these at a sports store.
- Towel (obligated).
