Pole sports
Pole Sports combines elements of strength and flexibility on a vertical pole. It is a spectacular sport where you learn various tricks, including spins, poses and acrobatic moves, you climb, turn and balance, using your own body weight to create breathtaking movements.
Whether you want to improve your fitness, push your limits or simply try something new, pole sports offers it all!
The polesports course offers you a full body workout, where you strengthen your muscles, improve your overall flexibility and strength endurance. You work on your balance and coordination and of course the most important thing: fun!
Levels (regular 10 week course)
- Beginners: for participants without pole sports experience.
- Semi-advanced: for participants who already attended a pole sports course at Olympos.
- Advanced: for participants whom have attended pole sports courses for at least one year before.
