Step-booty-core

This lesson is a great combination of cardio and strength! The step is used for cardio, and the muscle-strengthening exercises focus mainly on the glutes and abdomen.
The first part of the lesson consists of cardio using the step, accompanied by great music! The instructor teaches a simple combination of exercises on the step. If you've never done this before, it's no problem at all. This lesson only teaches relatively easy steps that you'll quickly master after a few tries. Because the steps aren't too difficult, you'll experience how great this lesson is. Everything is about FUN! Instructors always consider the group's skill level, so this class is suitable for everyone and a great introduction to step.

The second part of the lesson focuses on Booty and Core. Each class varies, but booty bands (resistance bands) and weights are almost always used. In this lesson, you'll work on building a killer core and strong glutes. Expect lots of fun, burning glutes and abs, all to awesome music!

The lesson concludes with exercises on the mat. Think glute bridges, crunches, donkey kicks, and planks. All at your own fitness level!
