Yoga & Breathwork
This lesson offers a balanced combination of yoga and breathing exercises, aimed at bringing focus and calmness to your mind.
The first half of the class consists of Hatha and/or Vinyasa yoga, where you build strength, flexibility and balance through flowing movements and postures. This physical practice helps you to synchronize your breathing with your movements.
The second half of the lesson focuses on Pranayama, breathing exercises that help you to deepen your breathing and hold it at different times. Examples of these are techniques such as Kapalbhati, where you exhale forcefully, and Anulom Vilom, alternate nostril breathing. These exercises bring calm and clarity to your mind, and enhance the meditative effect of the class. Together, these elements form a powerful practice for both body and mind, accessible to all levels.
