Step-booty-core

This great class includes all the parts of our most popular lessons. We use the step for cardio exercises. With the resistance bands and weights we will work to make the legs and booty stronger and we will also give the core some extra attention. During this class the time flies by and the music and the instructors pull out all the stops to achieve your goals.

This class is suitable for both the beginner and the more experienced athlete!
