Core balance

Core balance is part of the so-called “Small Group, Fast Fitness” lessons. In a small group, we focus on the muscles of your abdomen, back, shoulder and neck with the help of a Swiss Ball. The core of your body (back, abdomen and pelvis) will become stronger and more stable and your core balance will improve. As a result, you will be less susceptible to injuries and become more aware of your posture. 

The core balance group lesson is available to anyone who wishes to focus on the muscles of their back, abdomen, shoulder and neck. Core balance is also particularly suited to beginning athletes or those wishing to pick up sports again.
