Combat

Combat, also called ''aero-boxing'', is a group lesson based on the moves in various combat sports such as karate, boxing and Tai Chi. This means that combat does not only include intensive and explosive exercises but also calm and relaxing moves, aimed at balance, concentration, and coordination. Combat is ideal if you like robust, intensive cardio workouts without physical contact. The lesson consists of uplifting music with a fixed choreography of repetitive and constructive combat moves. Your quick wins: rapidly building up your strength and stamina and, even more importantly, quickly clearing your head and creating self-confidence. 
 
This group lesson is open to all male and female participants at all levels and of all ages! You do not have to have combat experience to join in. All moves will be explained during each lesson and a lot of attention will be paid to safety and technique. Don’t wait any longer, but put your hands up and start training!
