Booty & Core XL

Booty & Core XL is a group lesson focusing on training the buttocks and abdomen. Using resistance bands and weights, you will get a killer core and strong buttocks! You can also expect a high level of fun in this class, so it's a party for the buttocks and core!

But Booty & Core XL is much more than a party. Training your core has many advantages! A strong core provides a perfect foundation during workouts, but also in everyday life. After all, your buttocks and abdomen are muscle groups we use an awful lot. Booty & Core XL is the ideal combination of fun tunes, a great workout and strong muscles!

Who is Booty & Core XL suitable for and what does a class look like? 
This workout is suitable for anyone who loves to take a class with a big smile and burning buttocks.  Every class looks different! Sometimes we use the step, sometimes we use weights, but you can almost always expect the resistance bands. In 75 minutes you will have a super complete workout for buttocks and abdomen!
