Hyrox: The latest challenge in the field of cardio and strength, now also at Olympos!
What is Hyrox?
Cardio and strength come together in Hyrox. Hyrox is a mix of running and functional strength exercises. The Hyrox concept is attainable by everyone, but that doesn't mean it's a piece of cake. The workout consists of eight 1-km runs, alternated with functional cardio and strength exercises. Click here for an impression.

The course
In our Hyrox course, as a group we will conduct the various exercises separately as well as in combinations to achieve a technically sound and efficient performance. We will also work on our endurance and strength in order to complete the series of exercises as quickly as possible. A correct distribution of strength and rac tactics are of the essence. The course is accessible to everyone as you can work out at your own level. Your goal may be to eventually take part in a Hyrox race, but the Hyrox practice can also just be a means to get fit, or as additional training for another sport.
