Running practices for various distances
Do you want to take up running and intend to complete the quarter marathon (10,55 k)? Or are you an experienced runner wishing to further improve your running capacity, to exceed your own limits or increase your pace on the half or full marathon?
Olympos offers ten-week courses running for all levels. The once-a-week practice under the supervision of a professional trainer ensures that you will improve rapidly and responsibly. Running in a group is far more fun and encouraging. The trainer will provide you weekly with individual feedback and a task for the week after. You will be running in the beautiful area of and around the Utrecht Science Park and Amelisweerd. We gather at the start of training sessions in front of the entrance to Olympos or in the central hall.
Running training in the city centre on Wednesdays!
Olympos offers also running training sessions in the city centre. Ideal if you live in the city and don't feel like coming to Science Park. We gather at the entrance to Parnassos (Kruisstraat 201). From there, we look for the beautiful (green) bits of the city, such as the paths along the canals. (Please note: There are no lockers. The trainer can keep keys, wallet and phone for you).
