Barre workout

The Barre workout lessons are taught according to the TrippleShape philosophy. The class comprises a mix of ballet, yoga and Pilates elements, addressing all parts of your body. We will start with a sound warming-up, followed by exercises on the ballet barre. The class will conclude with mat exercises. The lessons are aimed at shaping the sleek body of a dancer: toned stomach muscles, increased flexibility, and an improved posture!  The lessons are accessible to all levels and you can participate whether or not you have any previous dancing experience.
