Dodgeball
Duck, Dip, Dive, Dodgeball!
Dodgeball is a mixed indoor sport where teams have to eliminate opposing players by hitting them with a ball. It can be seen as a competitive (and highly energetic!) version of the dodgeball you know and love from your elementary school days. You play dodgeball in two teams of six players and five balls on a court the size of a volleyball court. Besides throwing, catching and dodging, the sport also requires teamwork and tactics. Its rules are easy to learn, but you’ll need some practice before you can really hit ‘m all!
Dodgeball is a rapidly growing, global sport where sportsmanship is highly regarded. It is accessible to players of all ages and athletic abilities, so come on and give it a try!
