Boxing / kick boxing

This training is suitable for athletes  who have participated in the boxing and/or kick boxing course and want to refine their technique. Of course, new enthusiasts are also welcome to check whether boxing or kick boxing is a fun course for next season. The instructor will of course give differentiated lessons.

What to bring

  • Your own gloves are obligated! You can purchase these at a sports store. 
  • Towel (obligated).
