Power Pilates

Power Pilates will make your body stronger, more stable, flexible, and toned. In a very accessible way you will make use of resistance bands, weights and exercise balls to challenge your body. This class will demand more of your body than a regular Pilates class, but it is still suitable for all levels. The varied exercises performed on high-energy music will allow you to work on your balance and muscle toning. All muscle groups will be addressed. The stomach and back muscles, the so-called ‘core’, will be given special attention. The class provides the ideal combination of leisure and intensity.  Your back, shoulder and neck muscles will loosen and your stability, flexibility, breathing, concentration, posture, strength and fat metabolism will improve. Your body will rebalance and this balance will be the foundation of your daily activities. Join one of our classes and you be feeling great the rest of the day.
