Pilates gymball workout

Pilates is a training programme making use of the complete body: body & mind. Pilates is a ‘back to basics’ method: back to the natural movements, back to the natural muscle chains. 
The success of Pilates is based on its simplicity and the combinations of movements. Strength, flexibility and stability are all being addressed. The emphasis is predominantly on your ‘power house’, which refers to the core of your body, i.e. your back, abdomen and waist. 
The Pilates gymball workout makes use of both the classic Pilates’ exercises and the gymball, as a result of which you will be using your core in a different way and a wider range of variation in exercises is being generated. The lessons are accessible to all levels, partly because of the varying ball sizes and the differentiation in exercises.
