Box 'n burn

This challenging workout is divided into three parts: shadow boxing, HIT training and skipping rope.
You perform rapid boxing combinations in combined series of alternating intervals of skipping rope, push-ups, squats, lunges, etc. Box ‘n burn will improve your endurance, speed, strength, coordination and muscle strength. It is also good for your cardiovascular health and concentration and you lose weight; you can burn up to 1200 calories per workout!

This group lesson is suitable for everyone because you can work out at your own pace. No more excuses, join box 'n burn!
