Bootcamp

Bootcamp is an outside fitness program to get you into shape quickly. The main aspects are: being outside, doing exercises in a group, improving your fitness and strength, getting fit and flexible and having FUN!

Bootcamp is given for both men and women off all levels; the trainer will adjust the training to your level of fitness. The lessons mainly consist of: running, interval training and fitness exercises.
  
In short, the idéal work-out to challenge you to make you feel strong, fit, energetic and getting into shape.

 

Please note: before each bootcamp lesson we assemble in the main hall, with the exception of the lesson on Wednesday afternoon. For this lesson we assemble at the bootcamp square at the Leuvenlaan.

The group lessons schedule may be subject to changes. When a lesson is cancelled, this will be announced on the page Cancelled lessonsFacebook and Twitter.

Click here for more information. An OlymPas is required if you want to participate in group lessons. You can purchase the OlymPas at the Service Desk or online, payment through iDEAL.

 

NB The free lesson scheduled for Wednesday, 12.30 hours will be a ‘Keep Fit Cargo Bike’ lesson which is only available for staff/employees of organisations at Utrecht Science Park. No OlymPas or prior signing up is required to take part in the Keep Fit Cargo Bike lessons. So bring your colleagues! Read more.
